Product features

Light weight, saving structural costs
VIGLACERA autoclaved aerated concrete bricks have the normal density of 450 - 850kg/m3, equivalent to 1/3 - 1/4 of ordinary concrete bricks. Construction works using Viglacera autoclaved aerated concrete allow to reduce building load, structural costs reduced by 10 - 15% compared to traditional brick.
Good noise insulation
A Viglacera AAC home is a quiet one because itreduces noise transmission. Compared to polystyrene and many fibre cement substrates, the use of Viglacera AAC for external walls reduces noise from external sources like traffic, meaning more peace and quiet. And when used for upper floors, can reduce sound transference between levels as well.
High thermal insulation
The thermal conductivity coefficient of autoclaved aerated concrete is in range of 0.11 to 0.22W / mok, equal to 1/4 to 1/5 of that of baked brick (that of terracotta bricks is 0.814 W/ mok; slag brick and sand is 0.8W/mok), equivalent to 1/6 of the thermal conductivity of ordinary concrete.
Easy processing
With a solid structure, Viglacera autoclaved aerated concrete products can accept drilling, cutting, screwdriving to hang heavy objects, convenient and flexible in construction.
Environmental friendliness
Aerated concrete production process does not emit off-gas, waste to the environment. Production materials do not use clay but available materials that do not affect agricultural land, etc.
Fast construction
Construction works using AAC bricks and ALC Viglacera panels help save construction time and ensure superior quality and durability. A standard ALC panel can replace 75 traditional bricks (about 150 m2). That is the reason why ALC Viglacera panel is considered as the solution for modern construction.
Good inpact resistance
Impact resistance of autoclaved aerated concrete bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete panels of Viglacera meets and exceeds TCVN 7959: 2017, which are recommended to use in areas prone to seismic events such as Japan, Indonesia, etc.
Moisture resistance
Viglacera’s autoclaved aerated concrete products are capable of diffusing water vapor into the air and absorbing less water vapor under condition of exposure to humid environment for a long time. The water absorption process of autoclaved aerated concrete is much slower than other materials, which helps protect the interior, balance air humidity, prevent moss, etc.
